Cancellation Policy

Tactico Academy – Booking Policy Booking All training sessions must be booked in advance through the Tactico Academy booking system. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is confirmed only after payment (where applicable) and successful reservation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, will be considered attended and no credit or refund will be issued. If Tactico Academy cancels a session due to weather, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances, players will receive a replacement session or account credit. Late Arrival Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Late arrivals may join the session, but extra time cannot be added. Attendance Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize player development. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward unless otherwise stated. Health & Safety Players must wear appropriate football attire, football boots, shin guards, and bring a water bottle. Parents or guardians must inform Tactico Academy of any medical conditions or injuries before participation. Behaviour Players are expected to respect coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and facilities at all times. Tactico Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively impacts others.
